BOOKINGS

Initial consultations are free of charge. If you then decide to book a treatment appointment a £50 non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits must be received within 48 hours of request, this secures your appointment time and date, these are non refundable.

CANCELLATIONS/RE SCHEDULING

A minimum 48 hours notice is required for ALL cancellations or appointment re-schedules. Anything less than this will result in the deposit being lost and a new deposit taken for any further appointments.
No-shows will also need to pay a new deposit to re-book.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

It remains the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical & skin conditions that may affect your treatment/healing and any allergies.
Clients must be 18 years or over.
You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
Eyelash extensions must be removed prior to an eyeliner treatment.
You must wait a minimum of 4 weeks between procedures to allow for healing.
Children are not permitted to enter the salon due to the nature of work for health and safety reasons.
Please ensure your happy with your treatment before you leave the premises as any additional re touches will be charged.
